Same band, same kit, one seamless night. The ceilidh brings everyone together; the DJ keeps them there till the lights come up.
One band, one night, no handovers
The thing that makes an evening work is not having to stop. Most bookings involve a band for the ceilidh and a separate DJ for later, which means a changeover, a lull, and a dancefloor that empties just as it was filling. We do both on the same kit, so the ceilidh flows into the disco without anyone noticing the join.
Nobody needs to have danced before
Garry calls every dance — walks the room through the steps before the music starts, then keeps calling all the way through. First-timers are up within minutes, which is rather the point of a ceilidh. If you want to read ahead, the dances are all explained here.
What comes as standard
Every package includes the live ceilidh, a professional caller, a full DJ set, PA, atmospheric lighting, setup and pack-down, and a microphone for the speeches. Scale is the only thing that changes between packages — from a one-man ceilidh and DJ up to a full band with live covers. The prices are all published.
Where we play
Based in Perth, and out across Scotland and into northern England. Travel is free within 100 miles of Perth, which reaches further than most people expect — Aberdeen, Glasgow, the Borders and Dumfries all fall inside it.
